Coorect side for Cots 320 and Rising Stonehenge paper

What is the correct print side for Cots 320 and Rising Stonehenge paper? I wasn't to use these papers for Kallitype printing. There is no watermark so I cant tell which may be the better print side.

If you pay attention when you handle COT320, you can feel one side is smoother. That's the side you coat on.

I look at Stonehenge with a loupe and one side appears smoother to me, so that is the one I use.
