Cookie Monster

'cookies' hold your logon information so that you do not have to keep logging on everytime you visit the site. They also are designed to show you when a post is 'new' or has already been read by you. I think there may be a few issues with the cookies since adding the gallery system. Looking into it.

I've been waiting to hear back from the gallery tech support guys who are unavailable on the weekend (the gallery cookie system is interfering with the forum cookies). They should be around tonight to fix this. Thanks for your patience. Until then the best way to view new posts is to go to the 'View New Post' link, and look at the date in the right column. You can then determine what's been posted most recently.

Ok, tech support have gotten back to me. They are now working on a patch to fix the 'new post' issues and other cookie issues. Thanks for putting up with all those blue arrows! Shouldn't be too much longer, Sean

The support guys are coding a fix for the cookie issue. Should be out soon. At the bottom of the forum is a 'mark all posts as read' link. You can click that if you like until the fix is in place. Thanks, Sean
