Settings for "sharp" and soft 1,2, and 3.

Very clean... Some light haze inside. (not fungus)... just dust and haze from some 80 years.
Use as is or take apart and clean it up.
Aperture and Soft focus control smooth and free moving.
No visible scratches to front or rear elements... no noticeable bubbles!

Dent on front filter ring.
"Knuckles" are loose... but work fine.
Have Packard shutter to match, to be included.

a quick, easy way to controll the soft focus mechanism I think..

Yes... moves the ring from "sharp" setting to "soft" 1, 2 or 3.
It is smooth and easy.

Hey guys and gals... I tightened the "knuckles" The lens was pretty darn easy to disassemble..... except for getting the aperture index screw out... it's a tiny bugger. Anyway all back together and cleaned!! I am going to photograph with it for a couple weeks or months now. Hope to have time to post a few images sometime.

I also build sailboats, and rebuild Mazda Rotary engines... I'm pretty handy..
