I already own a Durst Rcp 20 for processing my prints (colour and Bw) but it is limited to 8" size. So.etimes I see on sale processors for X ray sheet film that looks exactly like a normal roller transport paper processor. Do you think it would be possible to use one of these?

The answer is Yes an No

It all depends on the model

The early ones are easier than the newer ones .....Less electronics

They are normally converted by slowing down the motor :- putting in a larger pulleyor gear, some have a speed controller that can be adjusted.

You won't know till you have it in tour possession try and buy one with a manual of some sort.

You might be crazier than me Heres my solution to prints up 20 inches wide. You can develop film on these things if you were (nuts) inclined. I had a chance to get a nearly new Ilford roller processor for developing copy film (litho) camera took 3 x 4 foot sheets , passed through a wall from dark to light. Must have weighed 700 lbs. My wife just shakes her head, I like to think I'm eccentric not crazy. That 10 foot sink was free, delivered to my driveway. Mike
