The conversion is rather very easy if I manage to find a laser drilled pinhole on brass disk.

The specification says of the camera says the focal length f=95mm and the dimension(56x84mm diagonal)=100mm and with that mr pinhole calculator gave me the pin-hole diamter d= 0.41, F=231 and FOV=56°(equivalent to 40mm in 135).

I understood that focal length is the distance between the film plane and the pin-hole disk, but what do I get if I choose a different pin-hole diameter?

The resolution of a given pinhole is dependant of the focusing distance.
If it is the same as ist focal lenght, resolution will be best.

Varying focusing distance will also change the angle of view.

Typicall one would first determine the needed angle of view, and based on that calculate the optimum pinhole diameter.

Longer or shorter exposure times. Same as a lens camera.
More subjectively an improved or degraded image depending on your definition. That's "art speak" for better or worse.
