Hello All,
I recently bought a Contax RX in great cosmetic condition but it had a couple issues that needed fixing. One was the characteristic Mirror Slip problem which I as able to fix thanks to posts on this site. The other is still a problem.
The aperture lever does not move properly when the shutter is tripped. I can move it through the entire range manually but it is sticky and does not return on it's own. It seems to have good spring tension when compared to other Contax cameras I have with a similar lever setup. It just seems like there is fiction somewhere that is restricting it.
Any suggestions?
Thanks!
