DESCRIPTION: Contax G1 Rangefinder Camera With Planar 2/45 T Lens, Hood, Cap, Filter, Flash, Manual, Strap, Data Back, Shutter Release Cable. Camera serial#098099. Lens serial#7663432. Battery is included. As shown.
CONDITION: Camera is in excellent condition with just a tiny bit of wear marks on the body on the bottom. Also, for whatever reason, the thin black plate on the flash shoe is loose and gets misaligned when you try to attach the flash. I dont really use a flash, but I did move the plate around to test the flash unit and it all works fine. Camera works great in all modes and settings and Ive tested it with film. Lens is in very nice condition too, with perfect glass and flawless operation. Data back is excellent. Filter Glass is excellent with no scratches, fungus, etc. There is a slight ding in the side of the front part of the filter ring (on the filter only, not the lens). The ding does hinder attaching another filter or shade to the front of the filter, but, the filter itself attaches to the front of the lens with no problems. Manual has some wear.
