Contax aria flash shoe problem

Hello I have a contax aria that until recently I have used with the following flashes: TLA 360, TLA 200, TLA 30, TLA 20. All of those flashes work well on other contax bodies and even on a canon 60d.

A few days ago I had my TLA 360 attached to my aria and the TLA 360 would not fire. This is despite the fact that I saw the flash ready symbol and the 125 speed. I tested the TLA 360 on all my other contax cameras and it worked. I then tried the above flashes and none of them worked on the aria but did on all other flashes.

I attached the TLA 360 again, and this time I didn't tighten the screw. It fired. I then played around with how the flash attaches and if it screw it tight ( as it should be) but bend the flash forward or to the left it fires.

I figure I have a problem with the flash shoe. I wonder what it is. And if I can repair it at home or take it to a repair man.

Clean the contacts with an eraser before you send it for repair.

i'll try that, i did clean it with 99% rubbing alcohol.
