Might as well wait for Back to the Beach...what more do you want...coffee, breakfast, photo talk, coffee, photo talk, lunch, beer, photo talk, expose a few sheets, swap some equipment, beer, cookout, coffee, more talk...(did I leave anything out?)
The beach, Drew, the BEACH. You Cape Cod types don't put much stock in Long Island Sound, but there are those who come to dunk their tootsies, like Suzanne, Mike and the kids. I'll post more on the Annual Beach Blowout as soon as I can get a family calendar together from the others who share the cottage with us.
Hey Rev! Good to hear from you. I hope all that Fl sunshine shows up in your photos. We miss you. Ever think about a New England vacation? (I'd wait awhile, the white stuff is still here.)
What about a day where we pre plan to find an abandoned lot / house in upper state CT and shoot that? it's not breaking and entering if the door is unlocked and you don't break any windows or anything to get in... it's just trespassing which if the cops saw a bunch of 4x5's with old guys next to them, would probably laugh, especially if I told them I was taking you guys all out on a field trip from the old folks home and you were reminiscing about taking photographs the old fashioned way haha, see to me that sounds like more fun, I doubt anyone would notice if we found the right location... or is talking about that on a public forum a bad idea haha.
OK, now it's officially out of hand the Council has been invoked. Put your hats in your laps and act like you're just petting the nice shaggy puppy. Don't, under any circumstances, mention the decoder rings.
And John, you are always welcome in CT. We even let people from NJ come occasionally. That thing about a wall around New England is only a mythor a fond dream, as the case may be. I, myself, having retreated north to MA for the last 40 years, am allowed to come back summers as long as I don't speak with a Baaaston accent.
