on eBay which paint was chipped beyong recognition. (Here's the link ) Pray, do tell us what focal length it is once you have examined it. I really had no idea from the pictures listed. My guess was a 240 or a 300mm, but I could be wrong.

I'm guessing it's a 360mmf4.5. I have carefully deduce that from the information that it's a 36cm lens. Maybe you didn't see the note at the bottom or it wasn't there when you looked.

Hey, no, it wasn't there when I looked last. Thanks for telling me. I hope the lens cleans up well and may take many a pleasing picture yet.
