We are planning on having a *full on kitchen trailor* at the Trade Show for the conference.

Pats, a local APUGer and chef has agreed to take on the responsibility of feeding the masses. She will have a crew to manage and any help would be appreciated.

We will have the kitchen going from very early morning till very late evening.
Wellington Beer is helping us with sponsorship as well.
We are thinking of having Tim Hortons supply the coffee booth with a % back to the conference.

We will be having Canadian Bacon Sandwiches *eh* going non stop but now is the time to find out from the folks coming from all points , what would you like to see on the Menu's as well what refreshments would be required.

Did I mention Wellington Beer.. so no smart ass remarks about the Canadian Beer, this stuff is good.
We would like to have the basics , burgers , fries , shaved beef sandwiches but we are hoping to keep everyone on site and dining at the trade show rather than leaving so what do you like to see. We are open to any suggestions and as I said Pats is a very versitile chef.

What about free trade coffee? It's the black brew equivalent of analog, isn't it?

Lamb Vindaloo and a whole assortment of fish ,prawns, veggies prepared a traditional way are planned.
I will get Dr Mark teaching Pats some of these secret dishes.
We may be able to talk an Indian chef to come by for a period in the kitchen.

How about some genuine Montreal Smoked Meat? I've fallen in love with that since my first visit to Montreal.
