First off I would like to thank John Callow for all the hard work he has done on the conference site , posters and now the flyers.
John I just picked up 10,000 flyers from the Printers and I have to say they are amazing and very well done. Thanks so much.
Ok now to distribution, 6000 are going to stay in Ontario so I need help getting these flyers landing on front counters of related photography and art supply shops. As well I would like to get these flyers to any photo enthusiast, club member or evening photo student, within an 8 hour drive to Toronto. I will have these flyers here on Sat for the local lab rats to help me with but I am now thinking of areas that we have not hit. ie most small town camera stores in Ontario and Quebec.
I will be sending out to the people in the US and other parts of Canada that have pm'd me but my focus is now on filling the balance of the workshops,
with attendees that can practically make the commitment to arive in Toronto for the Conference.
On top of the Vendors/Sponsors you see I have commitments from smaller niche photographic groups that will fill out the trade show/ vendor areas.
We will be making another series of flyers to mass distribute closer to the event, that will highlight the trade/vendor/photo gallery show aspect of the conference.
