Condensers and focal length, Focomat Ic

I'm wondering about using lenses longer than 50mm on a Focomat Ic. Assuming enough bellows draw to focus a given focal length, will the condenser work with longer lenses? I'm interested in the 55-65mm range specifically, but I'd be interested to know what the theoretical limitations are.
