Computrol bulk loader: help please

I just bought a second-hand Computrol bulk loader. I did not receive any instructions. Does anyone have a scan of the instructions that they could send to me?

I am also not sure if something might be missing. Looking in the loading area, there is a protrusion that looks like it might be designed to hold a tube or roll, but as it is it does nothing. I have attached a bad photo of it. Can you help - is it supposed to be like that or is something missing?

The bulkloader looks ok to me. The protrusion you are talking about serves no purposes AFAIK. Dead Link Removed
