Does anyone have experience with the Computer dL 105 - 150 vari focal 8x10 enlarger lens?

Opinions and estimate price?

I haven't used that lens but it was designed to be used with 6x6cm to 4x5" images. Where did you get the idea that it would work with 8x10" film? The original suggested price was $660 -- probably around $2,000 in today's dollars. For that price, you can buy a separate lens for each format from 6x6cm to 8x10' -- AND POCKET SOME CHANGE FOR FILM!!!
 

and probably get better optical performance from fixed-focal vs a zoom lens
 
This was probably designed for production environments that needed to be able to switch back and forth efficiently between relatively large medium format negatives ~ 6x9 to 4x5 negatives.
For that reason, I would expect them to be quite high quality.
 
At 4.5/5.6 wide open it probably won't be comparable, but we always stop down enlarging lenses anyway -- don't we?

I'd maybe offer the seller $100 and see.

Realistically it won't cover 8x10 on your enlarger but can be used for special effects.
What lens are you currently using for 8x10?

I have a Betavaron, similar device from Schneider. It zooms from 50mm to 125mm but only covers 35mm frame.

One can use it for zoom effects in the darkroom.

I don't have an 8x10 enlarger. I have a Beseler 23CII XL and Beseler 45MX. BTW I bought this lens and a 300mm Schneider just for fun!
