I wonder if you can give me idea how to fix my Compur Rapid shutter from Super Ikonta B. It's B to 400, no flash sync. There is a problem with B setting. When shutter set to B i can't cock it, and if shutter cocked (when it on anything but B) i can't switch it to B.

Your shutter is fine -- that is not a fault, it is a feature. On many of those shutters -- including on the Ikonta Super b -- when you set the shutter on B or T you don't need to cock it. Just push down on the shutter button and the shutter blades will open. If you look at the front of the camera while setting it on B you can see that there's a peg that moves the interlock out of the way.
The confusion arises because later rimset Compur shutters (like the Synchro-Compur) do need cocking for the B setting to work, however the first rimset Compurs and the Compur Rapids don't.
Thank you guys for quick response. I can't believe that manufacturer did not find space for one little sentence on 46 pages of the user manual.
Cheers.
