Having just processed 3 Kodak Gold in the Adox C41 kit, and about to process 3 Provia 100f in their E6 kit, I was wondering, are the Blix and Stabiliser solutions the same in both kits? (I understand the colour developers are different, use CD3 and CD4.).

Just curious. If I have a disaster halfway through processing, for example, I throw away Blix or Stabiliser by accident when I meant to re-use them, can I interchange them?

You can use an E6 stabilizer for C41 film. The other way around is kind of iffy because a C41 final bath is not necessarily a stabilizer. In an E6 process, the stabilizer is often included as part of one of the other steps, e.g. a pre-bleach bath, which makes the issue moot. It depends on the chemistry.

A blix can be OK for C41 but will be iffy for E6 since you want the cleanest dmin possible.

A bleach bath suitable for E6 should also work for C41; the reverse cannot be assumed just like that although it will probably work especially if the bleach time is extended. The step goes to completion, so it's kind of OK to try and run it for longer.

Of course when using chemicals from one sets for both types of film it'll be hard to tell at what point you reach the capacity limits for bleach, fix, blix.

All considered what makes the most sense is to break it down into specific scenarios; like 'using the bleach from E6 for C41' etc. Those questions are answerable. A blanket statement won't work well (although you might get away with it).
