Commercially available developer for H&W Control VTE Pan 120mm

Gentlemen,

Does anyone have any idea what, if any, commercially available/easily obtained developer might be used with H&W Control VTE Pan 120 film? I do understand that formulae are available, but I was hoping I might be able to use something store-bought....

You could try one of the Spur developers. However the H&W developer was optimized for this film.
