I never really knew what I was doing back in the my film days. All I wanted was to take memorable family pictures to document the time. I went to digital and have become a better than average hack. I am back to learn film now. I have a better appreciation for photography and am going to use film, 120 and 35, to become a more inspired artist. I will ask a lot of questions and absorb the knowledge of the experienced artists here. I developed myself in digital with the help of a couple friends, countless questions and absorbing knowledge in my favorite forum, POTN. I look forward to learning from everyone here. I am in Central IL near Bloomington / Peoria area. The first thing I need is a place to get my film 120 and 35 developed. I will do my own scanning and printing. Thanks for having me.

Mike

Developing B&W is simple and cheap. Suggest you do it yourself. Just don't start with important rolls. There are several places that do processing by mail, which is probably your best bet.
