colour head for multi contrast paper

I've just switched enlargers, going from a B+W condensor head with multicontrast filters, to a Beseler with dichro diffusion head. Can someone please provide the required filteration to achieve the different contrast grades with Ilford multicontrast IV paper. (I understand that this info is provided in the paper package, but I've never needed to read that before and I didn't keep the info sheet from my last box.) Thanks in advance!
