Well, as a pretty singularly B&W kinda girl, I about went into shock when I opened to envelope and pulled out the newest issue of Emulsion! Holy color, batman! :surprised:

Great stuff! I love the extension tube article (Pringles can). :D

I'm a black and white person, but I must say that I enjoyed the splash of color on the cover and in the articles. Message to the proofreader: film comes in rolls, not "roles."

Ah yes, the "spellcheck conundrum"! English is a cruel (crewel) language!

Good Evening,

My copy came today. No chance to read it yet, but a quick flip of the pages does show lots of color this time.

oh, nice save. lol

Well, nice try, anyway :D

Or maybe the existential crisis is spreading to film itself. After all, what's a poor roll of film to think these days when its role in life and the world of photography is continually questioned?

Cate,

Not to worry. Film is tough. It can roll with the punches!

Just because it's Emusion doesn't mean it's all good.
Color's OK but the cover shot & most of the stuff inside
would be might be palatable over time. Sure are purdy colors though.

Finally got up to Copake where the mail is there was the new Emulsion.

Great to see color. Haven't really had a chance to go through it much yet - but very pleased with my subscription so far!

It's funny to read the comments here and see that a copy made it to Alaska before making it to Georgia! My mail delivery can be so fickle. :D But mine DID arrive yesterday and it's a beautiful issue!
