Try 0-45-100-51. It yields a sort of pyro green color though it looks amber on screen. It is applied as a color table rather than a color layer. See the Dead Link Removed on my website.

I know that several excellent printmakers have used this method successfully. On the other hand, when I tried to help a junior college alt-process class convert to this method, we got an amazing array of weird results, so apparently it may not be as straightforward as I hoped. The sequence of steps can be programed as an Action in Photoshop which should make it nearly foolproof.

Good luck with your printing. I no longer have a 1280, but I still think it made the best digital negs I've yet seen.

You can try to use someone else's colour (and curves), BUT depending on your OHP media, printer settings, inks etc. you're going to probably get a different result than they did. Check out my web page and "find" the correct colour for your particular setup. If you have any questions I'll be glad to help.
