Color labs

My daughter who is a chef wants to have some of her dishes photographed. And since Daddy did that way back in the olden days why not have him do it now. Course then I worked in a studio with 4x5 view cameras , hot lights and color transparencies And there were local labs .Times have changed and while I still do my own work it’s all in black and white, I haven’t shot or printed in color in decades. But like riding a bicycle it’s not something you forget . .Biggest problem will be finding a lab in Columbus Ohio to develop the color negatives and make prints. Since I don’t live there I have no idea of who to get to do the processing. The yellow pages are no help, Does anyone have any recommendations pro or con on services in Columbus Ohio., I am talking professional quality proofs and custom enlargements.

IDK about Columbus, OH, but I do know that Samy's in Santa Barbara, CA does a terrific job on e-6, and the pricing is terrific too!

EDIT: you might also want to look into shooting rollfilm(120 or 220) with chromes or negs, since finding a place to scan MF film vs 4x5 will be easier in my experience(even here in LA) for a reasonable price. And with today's emulsions, the quality you can get out of a 6x7 or 6x9 chrome/neg is pretty much good enough for pretty much anything. I do this on my view cameras, its quick, allows easy bracketing on the same roll(generally 1 roll per subject), and its cheaper in the long run than shooting multiple sheets.
