I think we can make lots of things out of single sheet of film.

UV can tan gelatin with UV lens or pinhole , this tanned gelatin of film can be used inking and pressure printing of collotype

Normal light can be used to image with silver when exposing with UV and daylight in camera and later Pyro can make an relief and could be used as collotype printing

These tanned films can be used as dyetransfer masters

Screen can create screened negative relief and this can be used as rotogravure master

In theory- yes. But once you ink "the film" for collotype, i do not see how viable the film is good for any thing else.

I remember being given a tour of the Lawrence Lab, at the University up the hill from here, when I was a high school student in the mid-60's.
They were telling us how, by 1980, all the world's energy problems will be solved by Fusion energy, which they were pioneering. Now, half
a century and billions and billions and billions of dollars later, they're still talking about "someday". Your idea about screens is analogous.
It's not a new idea at all, and several repro systems of the past were based upon it. But you're all long ways from understanding just how
complicated all this can become in practice. But it's fun to think about, and who knows, maybe you will stumble onto a new tweak.
