It has irregular shape spots [see attached] throughout the print . I'm wondering is there a safe cleaner that would remove the spots without damaging the print?

OP OP doughowk Member Joined Feb 11, 2003 Messages 1,809 Location Kalamazoo, MI Format Large Format Mar 16, 2016 #4 After going thru Reilly's book and a book by Stulik and Kaplan on Collodion prints (see https://www.getty.edu/conservation/publications_resources/pdf_publications/pdf/atlas_collodion.pdf ), and narrowing timeline to between 1905-10, am guessing that the print is on matt-collodion paper. I changed the title accordingly.
