Zone VI cold light source, 6-1/2" dia. for Beseler M series 4x5 enlargers or others that utilize this size. 120v, lights up, two cords, one marked lamp the other preheat, small multi-prong recept. on top, thats all I know about it.

Big bump, I also have a Zone VI dry down enlarging timer for $40 plus shipping, makes a super combo for printing.
