And how is it not on topic? Just because you don't know jack about photo screen printing doesn't mean it's not on topic. 20 years ago I was a damned good photo screen printer, it was one of my majors while I studied at New England School of Photography (Thanks Alan Metnick).
Unfortunately Mustafa, not many people have kept up with this Alternative photo process, not many ever became technically accomplished with the degree of accuracy you are looking for. Somehow you need to hook up with someone involved in photo lithography in the semiconductor field who would give you access to the machinery possible to do what you want. Not likely in Turkey I suspect.
Seems you need to find a good, if not great, technical university that explores uses of ceramics in the industrial world. University of Colorado is one place to start, I think they have affiliations with the Coors ceramic company. Good luck.
