I recently bought a Clipper II developing tank to do 16mm film. I must have really wanted it as it was a 4 month wait from B&H.
After putting my first film into it and developing, I was amazed at how long it takes to drain 250ml of fluid from this. I would have expected it to pour out the center and not just seep through the sides. It seamed like it took over a minute to drain the developer. Is this how it is supposed to work?
