Today I got to lend/loan/borrow/keep/dunno/just use it  from a friend a 4x5 Cambo with Schneider symmar 5.6/150 and a 1.8/75 + Hasselblad SWC/M 1:4.5/38! How do I clean these items and I don't mean dust inside the lenses; but dust/grease/moist/filth on the outside. He is living for decades in a big dusty and barely heated house/studio and not very interested in the well being of his photographic equipment. Sometimes we swap gear.

For either camera and shutters, a spray cleanser sprayed onto a toothbrush then scrub the camera. Finished, use a paper towel dampened with alcohol to wipe any remaining residue.
This won't hurt the leatherette on the Hasselblad. For the metal bits on the Cambo, same thing.
Glass, typical lens cleaner, microfiber cloth, lens tissue treatment.

I believe you can use a furniture polish on the bellows but I'd wait for someone with more experience on view cameras to chime in..

Pledge in the yellow can currently called Lemon Clean Furniture Spray is safe on leather and vinyl camera coverings and bellows.
I do not know if it is available on your side of the planet or not.
I often use Windex for cleaning of camera external surfaces. 90% Isopropyl Alcohol works well for camera cleaning also.

Thanks; the alcohol did wonders  didn't touch the bellows yet besides wipe the dust. Best wishes for 2016.
