Cleaning/repairing an EL-Nikkor 80mm f5.6

Hi! Any of you guys have experience cleaning haze/dust from an EL-Nikkor 80mm? There are some on the big auction site with some haze, but nothing else wrong, for pretty cheap. If I can repair it without needing any special tools, that would be great!
