Classified Guidelines

Could someone please tell me where I might find the classified guidelines?
The last couple of times I tried posting a classified, the photos were rejected as being too large. I need to find out that and any other pertinent information to posting.

Don't know about any official guidelines, but I always size my pictures to 600x800 and they've never been rejected.

Resize to 800 pixels on the long dimension and they will work fine.
There is a re-sizer built into the system, but it seems temperamental.
The guidelines for posting images apply system wide.

It used to be that when it rejected a photo because it was too big, it would tell you what size was acceptable. If I remember correctly, it accepts different sizes for different file formats...and, bizarrely, it treats (or did treat) .jpg differently from .jpeg

I scale files to 1024 on the long side, save as .jpg and it seems to be ok with that.

I'll check on the sizes. Another option is host them here http://www.imgur.com on imgur you can create an instant free gallery, then post the link in the classified ad. You can insert images by clicking on the little image icon and use a url as well.
