None that I am aware of George. The market for RBs seems to favor buying new equipment rather than repairing, if a repair service can be found. Not sure about the TLRs but I would imagine it is similar.
Mark Hama CLA'd several of my C220 lenses. He does excellent work. That was a few years ago, dunno if he's still working. Here's his website - http://www.markhama.com/
Dave Feely in Longmont Colorado has overhauled a couple of mamiya TLR shutters for me. Contact details in the yelp link below. Not sure if he takes stuff through the mail but he might. He seems fairly busy. I don't get (or expect) fast turnaround.
Any camera repair shop should be able to work on these cameras. They're fairly basic. I suggest trying a local directory and see if there's a place nearby where you can talk to the person who's going to do the work.
Paul Ebel and Dave Freeley have both done solid work for me. Paul on Zeiss folders and Paul on both a Zeiss, Minolta X-700 and Mamiya C33. I don't have either of their contact info with me now, but I'll post it later.
