CLA focotar enlarger lens (Europe)

I'm considering a Focomat V35 for sale with a Focotar 40/2.8 lens. The enlarger looks good, but there is a cluster of large dust particles in the middle of one of the inner lens element in the Focotar. It's not fungus, and looks more like tiny flakes. My guess is that this has something to do with the aperture blades (?).

I know there is a list somewhere of places to get cameras and lenses CLA'ed, but I haven't managed to find it: could anyone recommend somewhere in Europe where I could send the Focotar for a CLA?

I wonder if Leitz themselves do repair work still? Their factory in Solms, Germany would be able to advise.

The Focotar does have a reputation for attracting fungus though, whether this is true or not it just may be worth getting it checked over for that too.
