CLA and light seals for Nikon FE2 in US

Hi,
I’m looking for recommendations for a repair/service center in the US to replace the light seals on my FE2 and give it a tune up.

If you’ve had positive experiences for similar work from a repair center, please let me know.

Zachs is excellent. In California, Dean's Camera Repair in Torrance is a trained ex Nikon repair dood.

I recently had my FE serviced at International Camera Technicians in California. Excellent quality work, good communications, and fast turnaround. Not inexpensive, but well worth it IMHO.

I have always used Jon Goodman for my replacement light seals kits. He makes them for a dizzying variety of cameras and his prices are quite reasonable. I don't think I've ever paid more than $10 for a kit from him. Fit has been spot on. If you don't mind DIY, I highly recommend him.

Jon's kinda unusual in this day and age. He's barely plugged in to the Internet and typically he will ship out his kit to you as soon as you supply him with an address. He trusts you to send payment. Jon's email address is, and has been for years, JGood21967@aol.com.
