Cine Kodak model k

Hi all,

I have just bought myself the above cine camera. Can anyone give me advice/help as to how to use the camera, load film (I have bought a reel of colour film 50D/7201), where I can get the film developed etc..

I have the same camera, and love its durability. It runs like a a tank, and takes beautiful movies despite the old lenses. You made a good choice of film as long as it has a set of sprocket holes on both sides of the film. I haven't run color film in quite some time so am not sure about where to get it processed, but you might try Dwaynes http://www.dwaynesphoto.com. I have processed the film at home with a rewind tank but only black and white. Years ago I ran hundreds of feet of Kodachrome through my Model K and have never regretted the great looking pictures! It is sad that it is no longer being made, I would have shot that stuff forever.
