Free Chromega replacement filters

I have twelve Chromega replacement filters, for Super Chromega "D" and "E" lamphouses, four cyan, four magenta and four yellow. There is a warning on the packaging that "D" models up to Serial number 295958 and "E" models up to Serial number 305868 require an adaptor kit, Catalog number 429-204.

They are new, in the original packaging, albeit a bit dusty on the outside. They are free for shipping, from Ottawa, Ontario, and I expect that they will fit in a standard padded envelope.

If so they will fit the Chromega D4 lamp head with the bulbs on both sides, the so called Mikey Mouse head.
Thy are from Berkey Photo inc. and somewhat easier to install than the (original-) divided, stacked and cut into triangels KODAK printing filters who needs to be fixed with very fine steel wire.

I mounted a set of these last Sunday, a not so easy job as I never did it before, but it worked...

Hello to all! I found them, they were with the stuff on my desk in my "office," and now are well and truly buried in a sea of boxes. I still have the four sets.

It will be about ten days before my wife and I are (we hope) finally out of our old place and fully relocated into our new. In the meantime, we have much boxing and unboxing ahead of us. The problems are exacerbated by the facts that we are 69 and 74 years old, both have ongoing health issues, with surgeries and scans and treatments for both my wife and I, all Summer. And, the distance between the two houses is abut 90 kilometers, or about 56 miles. We are still setting up kitchen and house, and my darkroom of 21 years has been well and truly dismantled, packed up, shipped...and awaits, patiently, the touch of my hand (to say nothing of my tools and building materials) to return to life.

But wait! There is more, so much more! Our old house must be first thoroughly cleaned, as best we can, it being a sort of, kind of, just about, jerry-built, hastily constructed house, from 1974. And, we have to try and sell it, as we are now running, financially speaking, pretty much, on empty. But I am not looking to cry the blues here; there is far too much of that on The Web as it is. I just wanted to assure those who are interested in the filters that the filters are NOT lost, that I am NOT a complete incompetent and when I find the box with filters, I shall post a note and all will be satisfied...at least the first four takers.

God bless our grandchildren and their partners, Brandon and Mackenzie (and our PRECIOUS six year old great-grandson, Bronson, he being an expert toy scatterer, box bringer and general underfoot nuissance), Anthony and Hailey, and let us not forget, Pamela and Al and Julia!

I have never let lack of funds or any other problems or issues, technical, or financial, keep me from building a darkroom. It was built on a shoestring, to be sure, but built it was, and served me well for 21+ years! My mother used to say, "If you want to get something done, ask a busy person." To which I add, "when the going gets tough, the tough get going."

Do no let the stress of the move, trips and settling in, build up or harm either one of you.
