I want to thank the management at Ilford/Harman for allowing Simon to actively participate in these online forums. Simon is the face of this company for us, the people who buy Ilford/Harman products. To be totally honest, I believe this is almost entirely the reason why I continue to buy their products. There are other companies (although not many) I can buy from, but nowhere else do we have the two-way communications with a manufacturer like we do through Simon.

Same as with Richard at RH Designs. Although his is a "one-lung" type of company, I appreciate his openness and participation. (I miss the wagging tail, though).
