Cheryl Jacobs Nicolai Workshop, Brighton, UK

Registration is now open for our Brighton, UK workshop, March 19 - 21, 2007. We have a great location with lots of natural light, as well as gardens and beaches for work hands on with local children.

The workshop will cover both the technical aspects of child portraiture (easily applicable to people photography in general) as well as the psychological and relational aspects. A significant emphasis will be placed on finding your own personal style and voice.

Workshops in the past have been limited to twenty participants; this one will be open to only fifteen to promote an intimate atmosphere for learning.

Tim, just saw this post from you from last month. My apologies!

Bob and I took the train down to Brighton to visit Ailsa and Ro when we were in the UK last March. We only had a few hours there, but had so much fun that we decided to do the workshop there this year. Looking forward to it very much, and this time it will be Bob cooking for Ailsa and Ro instead of the other way around.
