Cheap chems at Newtonville

If you're in the Boston area and in the market for black and white chemistry, Newtonville Camera is selling their stock of Kodak and Ilford chemicals at 50% off. I bought a gallon of Tmax developer and a pint of Ilford Universal PQ for about $20 total today. In fact, it must be more than 50% off as the tmax is labeled $50 and change! They don't have a huge inventory or much range, but what they have is cheap. (No HC110 that I could see.)
