Cheap B60 - 77mm online doesnt fit 80mm Hasselblad lens?

So i recently bought a step up ring for my 80mm C (?) lens. Lens that came with my 501C, is it not B60?

Anyways, it didnt fit.

Does anyone have a link to a cheap one that fits? Know why this doesnt fit? Or have an explanation?

Im leaning towards maybe its not a b60 mount? or its just a cheap product that is made wrong... Will post a pic of my lens soon

Sometimes the prongs on the bayonets need to be bent/ adjusted. In what way does it not fit.

The diameter of the lens is larger than the ring

Well your lens seems to be a C T star and has a filter of Bay 60. The filter goes inside the lens ring. the hood goes on the outside bayonets.

Yep, same as the old b50 mount filters are attChed. must just be a bad product then.
