Change of E mail address

Not sure whether I should be posting here but on 22/7 I changed my E mail address on APUG on since have not been able to view gallery as when I log on I am told I am not a subscriber. Has it been a coincidence my subscribtion has expired ? How do I check ?
Have raised a "ticket" but still waiting (since 22/7)
