I have a Cavalier Brand flash and have seen Cavalier Brand items...... Was this someone's house brand like Tower and Focal used to be?

I know Sears sold Tower and Kmart sold Focal. Who sold Cavalier? I don't remember the brand. Was it just mail order from Willoughby Peerless? I've never heard of that company either.

Willoughby is a major NYC camera retailer. www.willoughbys.com/ Before the web came along Willoughby's was a major advertiser in camera magazines, sold nationwide. IIRC, the company failed in the '90s (I could be mistaken about this) and was revived.
