Carl Zeiss Jena 135mm F4 for Contax Rangefinder (and also Kiev and Voigtlander SC). This lens is coated so I assume it's of post-war East German origin. The glass is subtantially clear, but there is a faint layer of internal dust or beginnings of haze (or whatever). There is a little bit of iris blade oil. The filter ring is probably damaged beyond repair (use masking tape to fasten your filters over it if you need them). Despite all of this it should take pretty good photos.
