I am scheduled to teach a workshop on carbon printing at the Photographer's Formulary in Montana, June 22-27, 2008.

Carbon printing is almost without question one of, if not the most, versatile and beautiful printing methods in the entire history of photography, and I am one of the few contemporary masters of the process. And the great beauty of it is that unlike pt/pd, which can cost an arm and leg, the cost of materials for carbon printing are very small.

A person who recently purchased two of my carbon prints, remarked, "I never dreamed that a photograph could have this kind of tri-dimensional quality. I was just blown away by the beauty of the process.

Good luck Sandy. This is a WS I've always wanted to to take. I've seen a couple of your carbon prints and they are outstanding.

Well, Sandy I wish I could be there.

I am planning a trip to the US next year and will coordinate it so I can participate in a carbon workshop summer 2009, if you are arranging any of course.

I will most likely schedule another summer workshop in Montana at the Photographers Formulary, in June or July. They will post the new schedule sometime in late fall.

Best,

Sandy

Good.
Got your book in the mail a few days ago. Interesting reading, it will be much less trial and failure than without your writings. Thanks.

Glad to know the book arrived. Good luck with your carbon printing.
