Cape Cod

Sorry guys, I'm going to be hanging a show of paintings that weekend- my last at Belmont Hill. Shoot some great shots for me.
 
I heard back from my dad's cousin and it looks like I can stay at her house in Falmouth. It's on a salt marsh that I really want to shoot, too (in case anyone else might like that idea). At this point, either day is fine. I'm thinking of driving up on Wed or Thurs and back to PA on Mon or Tues or maybe even Wed. I'm flexible! And I can't wait!!!!!!!!! And, yes, it's a 12 hour or so drive - so the weather better make it worth it!

My weekend of the 28th/29th just got totally booked up with VPC & NELFPC duties. Oh well.
I hope everyone has a great time on the Cape.
 
We're getting close. Is there a plan yet for where to meet, etc?
 
I'm not going to be able to make it. My friend who was going to tag along and watch my fast moving toddler (no toddling, just flat out running) has to work. I can give people directions to the salt marsh, but I can't guarantee parking. The beach at the end of the marsh is resident only parking, but I don't know how tough they are on that in April. I really wish I could go, but maybe in the fall? If I can talk my hubby into it, he could chase Nate.
 
We could probably meet in Sandwich for coffee/breakfast...and go from there. Let's see if any others are interested. Cafe Chew or the Marshland are good coffee stops... Later...
 
I need to find out if anyone is coming down the Cape this Saturday... as there is plenty of yard work to do (the wife keeps reminding me) ! So please drop me a note.. If only 3-4 people show up that will be great...we'll meet at the Cafe Chew (http://www.cafechew.com/breakfast.php) in Sandwich at whatever time the group wants... I've got some sheet film loaded up and rolls of 120. If we make it down to Orleans, there is film to buy there if needed.

It now appears that we are going car shopping on Saturday. Maybe Sunday?
 
I'll be off Cape Sunday...but I'll leave the gate open for anyone who wants to come down... Bill, I'll give you a call in a day or so...
