Canon Wireless File Transfer module WFT-E4AII for EOS 5D Mark II in USA, Canada, Singapore, and Hong Kong. There are other versions for other parts of the world with different radio frequency standards.

Has Ethernet and USB-A ports and can transfer files via wi-fi. To transfer files to an external drive via USB, the external drive needs to be formatted for FAT32. If you have a wi-fi connection, you can upload directly to an FTP site, if that's of interest (for electronic news gathering, stock shooting, etc.).

Also works for remote shooting from a computer with EOS Utility, but it can be a little laggy. Maybe it's better if you use a hardwired Ethernet connection, but I haven't tried that. If the camera is close enough to the computer, I just use a USB cable between the camera body's USB port and the computer for that purpose.

The main uses I've had for this device are for offloading images to an external flash drive, and for wireless transfer to an iPad while traveling, so I can edit photos on an iPad and send them from a hotel.

I'm including two 32Gb flash drives formatted to work with this device, and you can use a program that's available for free on the internet called SmartDisk FAT32 Tool to format drives as FAT32.

You'll need an extra LP-E6-type battery to power the module. Includes contact cover.

Purchased new, and I am the original owner.

Download the manual from https://www.usa.canon.com/support/p/wireless-file-transmitter-wft-e4-ii-a

$75 plus shipping.
