I received a freebie Canon T60 and its mirror is stuck in the up position. It wasn't like this a couple of days ago when I got it and the person who gave it to me said it hadn't been a problem. Any ideas what might have caused this?

Thanks Jeff. That did it. I was waiting on a new battery cover and it arrived today. Camera is functioning properly, it seems.
