Canon sx30is lens issue with video please help.

I have this camera apart and dont really know what is going on. Any ideas what I can look for? Here is a video showing what it is doing. But know I can hit it all day long and it never fixes itself. Thats why I took it apart. Thanks for any help or pointers.
