Canon Pixma Pro 10s: suitable for making digital negatives for Gravure?

Can anyone tell me if my Canon Pixma Pro 10s is suitable for making digital negatives for Polymer Photogravure?

If not, what's a recommended printer? (Plates I hope to make would be about 20cm maximum.)
