This is a Canon P in pretty good shape. The rangefinder is aligned, accurate and relatively bright, the shutter speeds sound good, the self timer works, the frame lines and finder look normal. The camera did take a pretty good ding on the base plate at one point in its life, and this bowed it in a noticeable amount as shown on one of the photos (the indentation is apparent only from the backside). The top plate also has a much more minor dimple near the "Canon Camera" inscription. Aside from this, the camera looks very clean, and I've priced it low for a P. This camera has the usual wrinkled metal shutter curtains (normal for P's and not an operational issue).
The P is really one of the finest interchangeable lens rangefinders ever made. If you've been using a Fed or Zorki, this is an economical upgrade path or a good first serious rangefinder. Sold with a 1 week warranty to check it out!
